  1. Is there a specific process to dispute a Bankruptcy (NJ)? If so, can you
guide me in the right direction. Thanks

  2. +Danny1 Time you can use the same tactics discussed in this video. BKs and
public records aren’t as easy to get deleted because the bureaus use a
third party to verify the public record instead of disputing it with the
creditor, or in this case the courthouse, directly. But you will often see
good results using the dispute tactics discussed in this video.

  3. Thanks for the reply. So I can inquire about the public record and ask for
the CRA to verify it’s accuracy. Then after they basically validate it’s
accuracy I can request the method they used to validate. Is that the play?
    Sorry, I’m new to this.

  4. +Danny1 Time Yes, you can do this, it’s called a MOV or method of
verification. Basically you dispute, they verify it, then you ask how they
verified it because they can’t and don’t actually reach out to the
“creditor” who is the courthouse when they do their verification
    .
