Hey credit cousin,
So many of you were unaware of the dispute commentĀ Ā technique to increase your credit score so I'mĀ
making another video of the first video I postedĀ Ā here where I discussed what were dispute commentsĀ
and how they can impact your credit score.Ā I also include a free dispute removal letterĀ
in that video for you to use to send to theĀ Ā credit bureaus however, many of you wantĀ
something that is instant because manyĀ Ā of you are purchasing homes now or need anĀ
increase now and canāt wait for 30-45 daysĀ Ā so iām making a part two on how you canĀ
do so, keep watching to learn more.
Ā So to piggyback off the last video, we want toĀ
remove the dispute comments that cause a creditĀ Ā denial but also increase your credit score. IfĀ
you ever disputed an item on your credit report,Ā Ā most of the time dispute comments would beĀ
added and some can cause your score to decrease.Ā Ā Sometimes on credit karma, you get a notificationĀ
like this where it says it was updated but just aĀ Ā remark was added and it caused your scoreĀ
to go down.
Now this is just an example,Ā Ā credit karma isn't accurate with realĀ
fico scores but they can help with realĀ Ā live updates on your credit dispute updates.
So, of course there is more than way to skin a catĀ Ā and if you don't want to use the disputeĀ
comment removal letters, then you can do this:
Ā You can actually removeĀ
dispute comments instantly?Ā You can do so by CALLING THE BUREAUSĀ
FOR INSTANT DISPUTE COMMENT REMOVAL:
Ā You can call each bureau
EXPERIAN: Call 855-414-6148 ( select options 2, 1,Ā Ā 2, 1 after you're prompted for your SSN#Ā
and dob etc) watch this video to getĀ Ā experian within 5 mins on the phone..
For EQUIFAX: call 800-846-5279Ā Ā and follow the prompts to reach live agent
And for TRANSUNION: call 800-916-8800Ā Ā Then put Extension 4 then extension 2 and youĀ
should reach a live agent quicker than way. Make sure to always ask to speakĀ
with someone from the United states.
Once you get a live agent from the UnitedĀ
States, you can inform them that you would likeĀ Ā some dispute comments to be removed from someĀ
of your accounts on your credit report and thatĀ Ā you are no longer disputing those accounts.
Once they put the dispute in, make sure to askĀ Ā them how long it takes for this to be done andĀ
if he/she says that it will take longer than aĀ Ā couple of days usually they will give youĀ
a generic answer like 30 days for disputeĀ Ā but you can inform them that you are need toĀ
move forward with closing on your first homeĀ Ā and unable to close unless this is removed andĀ
can the dispute be expired sooner or can youĀ Ā speak to someone who can get this doneĀ
sooner.ā¦.so this usually works becauseĀ Ā credit bureaus understand how important closingĀ
on your first new home is and it's showingĀ Ā you are taking action with something that isĀ
really small that is hindering your closing.
Ā So make sure these are accounts that youĀ
are no longer trying to dispute and/prĀ Ā make sure these accounts that you know have madeĀ
your score go down based on the dispute comments.Ā Ā You can also go back to credit karma to check theĀ
dates and history of your score updates to see ifĀ Ā it looks similar to something like where it isĀ
not giving updates on the actual account, itĀ Ā just seems that remarks are added and the creditĀ
score did decrease.
Then that may indicate that aĀ Ā dispute comment did impact your credit score.
